M-Scaler > TT 2 > Envy Performance > T+A Solitaire P-SE
One of the best post-grunge albums I've heard recently. Envy slam and sound control joined with Solitaire speed makes it perfect match. Those who tells you that for slam, speed there is only solid state, should listen to this setup.
I am sure some would prefer MM-500 due to their more "enjoyable" tuning with a grind of warmth but transparency of T+A headphones are giving you back the sound that I constantly think about: "this is how the band wanted this track to sound". With MM-500 I constantly get a different feeling: "am I not cheating too much, listening to what I like and not what music authors wanted me to hear". Don't get me wrong: MM-500 are good and fun headphones and there is nothing wrong if you like them (I like them too, especially with certain setups) but as far as transparency, neutrality and detail retrieval T+A cans are way ahead of Audeze product (not to mention build quality).

@OhHeyItsLou please do that and you will not regret. Actually pairing with other dacs like Rockna, Chord and Mola Mola is sublime also. Perfect match for T+A and Susvara headphones.I'd love to audition the Feliks Audio Envy. It's on my shortlist for a future pickup. Pairing it with the May must be incredible.
@ThEvil0nE congrats on your purchase The volume imbalance was supposed to be fixed in Finale due to better QC and potentiometer matching. Is is true?
AWKT< iDSD Signature Finale
Just got the $299 Adorama exclusive iFi-Audio-Micro-iDSD-Signature-Finale. Tho with it's unusually long name and notable quirks is a solid random buy.
My iDSD Signature is great match with Meze Advars and Audeze MM-500 (especially for grunge) but works great with Focal Clear MG and Focal Stellia.
As as side note to @iFi audio the pricing is so unfair to those who are located (even within EU) were Adorama does not ship. Another reason why I stopped investing into your gear.
There are few cases when cover is almost as good as original. This is the case. Brass Against covers are worth listening.
Still on M-Scaler > TT 2 > Envy Performance > T+A Solitaire P-SE
I should probably switch to Focal Stellia, but I do not want to disturb my first peaceful listening session in a 2 weeks or so.

While waiting for complete album...
Still with T+A Solitaire P-SE

And the final album on T+A for this evening... I need to listen to this one on MM-500 eventually for sure. Starting to miss AQ and Focal Clears MG so I need to switch to those cans eventually within next few days.
