Today is for bass - the two bass units in my collection. First up is the Neo 5, I have been neglecting this one and have been considering selling but the bass on display here… maybe not. This halftime / dubstep collab project of Huxley Anne and Tsuruda is hitting the spot just right.
Edit - continuing the Tsuruda trend with 2 of his other EPs

Lifeline - inspired by and including samples from Apex Legends. Fun concept.

Migi - released on one of my favorite record labels, just further refinement on his unrefined, raw bass sound

I get "Video unavailable" here in the UK and as you don't name the band or title I'm totally in the dark

It's Myrath's latest album, 'Karma,' released just last week. I don't think they're on Bandcamp, but you can find the album on all streaming platforms.

While T+A headphones are brilliant in transparency and fidelity, once in a while you want something else, a beautiful story being told by perfect synergy in audio components and their settings. A story that is based on music but you can sacrifice fidelity for enjoyment and pure pleasure. This is how this setup works: enjoyment, hint of warmth, smoothness and sound that simply embraces you and lets you immerse into music not even knowing when, a sound that does not makes you scream "WOW!", but a sound you just want listen more and more.
Rockna WLS (DSD512 upsampling) > Rockna WaveLight (NOS filter) > AuroraSound HEADA > Meze Empys
PS: I bet Focal Stellias would also be a great match for tonight, but I will stay with Meze for this album.

Love this album from Agalloch, its a fairly long one and is better the more I focus to what is playing.
It did not set a big impression first time I listened to it, maybe since I expected something different.
It can not be called metal and its not completely folk, but have elements throughout of both. Has a darker ambient vibe, and feels like a trip.

Such a good album. As catchy as they come and always a good time. Nice pick!
