Great recommendation @rids57 
Comparing the new Tor amp with the V200 on the HEKS. Really glad that the Tor seems to have plenty of power to drive the headphones well. First impression is that it sound very good and that the Tor takes the treble down a bit, and adds a tad of "meat" to the midrange and upper bass. Which suits the HEKS, especially with rock music.
Anyway, many more hours of music enjoyment is going to come out of this comparison, for sure

Got files since CD is still somewhere in the post. Honestly speaking I first listen to this album on speaker setup with Rockna WLS (upsampling turn on) via I2S > Rockna WaveLight and what a treat it has been
Still waiting for "proper" listening session with Rockna WL, HEADA and Meze Empys.

Tonight on my head are the venerable beyerdynamic DT 800 Edition 600-ohm.
They impress me more and more every time I wear them. They just have this clarity, like sounds come from a transparent place.
Imaging is *tongue click*
EDIT: Not the yummiest tonality, but their detail retrieval has nothing to envy from my pricier cans. People sleep on them just because they're priced so low, or they have that beyerdynamic treble prejudice. These aren't like the DT 990 or T90 at all, which I gifted away due to their hardcore treble.
