New week, new 'phone(s). First up today is BF2 to Violectric V220 to Beyer T5's. I will be rotating the Elegia's in and out all week.

Part of me thinks that keeping both is redundant, but they definitely take different routes to get there.:L3000:

If they take ‘different routes’, there is no redundancy…..Besides, if ‘there’ means musical nirvana, a strict interpretation would allow for only one headphone. Unacceptable !!

One of my "meh" headphones is no longer "meh..." did a quick driver plate rotation on the AKG K340s and now I'm driving them off my Crack. They sound fantastic. My complaints before about a weird audible break point between the dynamic driver's frequencies and the electret's frequencies is gone. Listening to the Encanto soundtrack (I love me some Lin-Manuel Miranda).

I just pulled out my Sennheiser/Drop HD6XX headphones after their long hiatus on a headphone stand in the office, and I’m really enjoying them again. Very low-key, relaxed, and warm-sounding.

Listening to the Eddie Higgins Trio via Euphony Stylus Server —> Euphony Stylus Endpoint —> Denafrips Terminator Plus —> Pathos Inpol Ear —> HD6XX.
