I recently purchased a pair of focal utopias on eBay, brand new, boxed from a seller in Germany. However, after 8 months the left speaker has died. I’ve double checked with a different headphone cable and also the signal with a different Pair of headphones. However, my concern is that focal stress about buying from an authorised seller to benefit from their guarantee. Being that I didn’t, from the wide experience of people here, I’d like to know if Focal have honoured the guarantee in similar scenarios?
