Foam hybrids? Do you mean these?
 
As for Monster Supertips, those can be bought here. But be warned, they're expensive.

For some strange reason, when I click on the Monster link, my pc crashes.
The other link is, as far as I know, the Shure Olives, they are softer than the foamhybrids I am looking for, otherwise they are quite close.
