As a newbie, I am just seeing if anyone can see a glaring problem with my proposal. I would appreciate any thoughts as I have also considered the Sen.650, and the Grado RS1i.

I think the O2 with my Grado SR325is and HD-650 are great combinations. Also, while Country Rock isn't my favorite genre, I do like The Flying Burrito Brothers and early Poco and Eagles. The SR325is produces the best sounding guitar and bass (both acoustic and electric) and banjo sounds I've heard to date.
 
I haven't head the RS1 but I don't have any problem recommending the O2 and 325is.

I guess this is not the place to ask for thoughts on a amp combined with a couple of cans?
