Sure, that's not something to overlook. However, the fact that they failed to do this does not mean their customer service, as a whole, sucks. You are one of those neurotic people who sees one unfavorable aspect of a thing, then judges the whole thing by what he saw. Get over your entitlement attitude, and learn to be more appreciative.
