Definitely HD595. But you should also consider A900 or AD700.

If I actually buy the HD595 what would be a good (cheap

) amp to drive them? Also if anyone could advise me on the soundcard, I'm thinking of buying a E-Mu 0404. I will only be using stereo and I won't do any recording. Is the E-Mu 0404 a good buy or are there other better soundcards for a similar price.

You'll get used to the HD595 sound. Then switch back to the SR225s and you'll find the Grados a bit harsh and not quite smooth enough
