Finished with ATH-AD900X, want a way better upgrade, amp/dac recommended please

You can order 2 AD2000x drivers from Audio Technica for $153 shipped in the US. They mount the same as the drivers that are already in your headphones. That would be the most cost effective upgrade. If you are afraid to do the transplant yourself, PM me and I will do it for you.
 
As for an Amp/DAC, what's your budget?
