I'm trying to decide between these two. I will be using them with a note 3. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I was trying to decide between the two as well.  What it ultimately came down to for me, is the equalizer options in the e07k.  Being able to adjust the balance, bass and treble individually is the biggest advantage (outside of the $80 price difference of course).  I really want to try an e18...but I really wanted the finer sound adjustments.

Yeah, the e07k does seem like it might be the better deal. It also has a Wolfson chip in it, where the e18 has a TI chip. I do like the physical volume knob the e18 has more though.

I still may pick up an e18 to give it a try...if I do, I'll let ya know how it goes.  But right now, I've got a C&C BH2 and the e07k and I'm pretty happy w/ the variety for only a few dollars more than getting the e18 by itself.
