I received mine today, but just find out that doesn't work in Amazon Music. Its detects the >48KHz once the light changes to yellow, but there's no sound.
Spotify (<48KHz - Blue) is working properly.

@FiiO , Should I update the firmware to the 0.08?

Ok. I’ve had my KA11 for about a month now, and in the last 2 days I’ve started to have issues. It has started becoming extremely hot, almost uncomfortable to touch, and it’s having connection issues. When it heats up and the slightest touch is applied to it there is a “click/pop” noise through my headphones and the dac cuts out. The LED goes out and I have to disconnect and reconnect the unit. I haven’t done the software update. My phone is an iPhone 15 Pro. Any ideas?

Have you recently changed any setting through the Fiio app? Most likely… no! Then if it worked fine for a month and started to act up 2 days ago, it has to be some type of hardware problem…

No changes made to my unit. As I mentioned I have an iPhone 15
Pro so the Fiio app for iOS doesn’t work with the KA11. I’ll keep an eye on it for a few days then contact Fiio.

All updated, but the Amazon issue continues.

Please check the UAC version of your KA11 via the FiiO Control APP? Is it switched to UAC 2.0.
If yes, does the issue happen in other APP when playing >48kHz files?

UAC 2.0 is selected by default, and so far this is happening with the streams coming from the Amazon Music App. KA11 seems to detect the signal and it works for a few milliseconds and then becomes mute. When mute all continues working, the app stream and even the yellow light indicator are up, but there's no sound at all.

So, after a new burning, all good and running the 0.08 version:
- Blackplayer, Spotify, Fiio Player all working.
- Amazon Music does not work, it seems an issue on how KA11 decodes the signal. I have a small ESS Asus dongle and it works, so its really something on the signal processing of the KA11 with the Amazon Music as a source.

We're going to test Amazon Music. In theory there should be no problem. Whether you are in exclusive mode when other music apps are playing.
