I think he means, what player were you using when in Android mode

The issue that Boris65 is experiencing is the same one I mentioned since updating to fw3 versions. I have struggled with this problem for weeks.
The short term fix is to switch your screen to never sleeping and this seems to help a bit, also finding that it does not want to work with Rm1 a lot of the time too though so I still have to manually handle the unit between tracks whilst driving.

I didn't have a chance to hear X5 III but from what I read even with AM1 X7 sounds more clear and crisp and with AM3 it is supposedly killer DAP.
I have yet to hear AM3 but because of how clumsy the FiiO player app is I'm considering switch to some other DAP

I have the x7 with am1. Based from the few reviews I've read, and some friends who have audied both, x7 is still superior to the x5iii.

As for if it is worth to pay more for the X7, in my opinion it depends. If you are not using any demanding or hard-to-drive headphones and/or you like a warmer sounder signature, get the X5iii.
 
If you use demanding or hard-to-drive headphones and/or you like a more neutral sound signature, then I would say it is worth it to get the X7.

Is there a plan to fix the alphabetical listings on the X7? Since the beginning, if you have bands that start with "The" they don't show up on alphabetical listing. I.E. "The Ramones" shows up before "The Byrds"

As far as I remember the last time I looked, sorting was done with upper case first, like this:

ABBA
COLDPLAY
Celine Dion
D
D
d
...
THE Ramones
The Byrds
...

IMO sorting should be 1st "space", then special chars, then numbers, then letters disregarding case.

I believe it only checks the first 3 (or 4) characters when sorting. it also ignores spaces.
