There are but they are not portable. If FiiO implements OTG functionality (I'm not sure if they are planning to but there was talk about it in this thread) you should be able to use the micro-usb in on your DAC/AMP

Sadly the OTA download speed and network reliability means that it is almost impossible to download the update. Please provide a link for direct download to a PC so that the firmware can be installed.

1. Fixed the issue of possible auto pause after screen off.
2. Amended EQ to ±6dB.
3. Enabled adding any songs to Playlist/Favorite.
4. Added the function of reading files via OTG.
5. Added explanatory text below the icon of Scan all and scan Selected folder(s).
6. Optimized the loading rate of SD Card.
7. Broadened the volume adjustment area on screen.
8. Broadened the area sliding from the right for callout of current playlist.
9. Broadened the area for quick search.

Note: Firmware version 1.3 and above will get push notifications for updates automatically over-the-air, so you can update it via OTA after connecting to WiFi. If the X7 is not with firmware version 1.3 or above, you may still need to download the firmware file to update.

Well after trying the X7 on the loaner tour I've gone and bought one. Will be using on its own and at times paired with my Mojo. Got a nice price from Amp3 with a 15% discount code.

After more than an hour and countless number of re-tries have eventually received FW v1.4 and installed it. Clearly network improvements are needed before OTA is a reliable and viable process.

I have my X7 connected by coax to my Chord Hugo and connected to my Sen HD800 the sound is excellent. I have the Sleep and Idle poweroff set to off yet X7 still shuts down after 10 minutes, it seems to me that playback through coax is not being recognized by the power settings and thus the X7 is shutting down. If I max the timers then the X7 will continue to run, hardly good for battery conservation. Total lack of any meaningful documentation does not help. Exactly the same setup with my X5 worked faultlessly.
