How do I stop the google message regarding the play store?

1) Go to Settings->Apps then swipe left to the "All" List
2) Locate and click the "Google Play Store"
3) Click the "Force Stop" button then the "Clear data" button
4) Restart the X7

If the problem still remains after that, please try to wipe the data & cache following the instructions from this link:

  Hi,

May I ask if you got the AM3 from FiiO promotion? and if yes, how long did it take to reach UK?

Mine is on route since last week and I wonder if it will take as much as the Dignis case, which DIDN'T YET ARRIVE, shipped in Abril 22 !!!

Yes I got it in the promotion (£35 GBP). I received an email from Fiio on a Monday to confirm it had been sent out by China Post. It arrived on the following Saturday morning so a grand total of 6 days. Pretty damned impressive in my opinion without paying for additional express postage. I've got the AM1 and AM2 also. This was the first time I have used/experienced a balanced output and as always these things are about pairings and synergy. But with the Linum balanced cable and Inear Stage divers SD2, the X7, for me, was up a whole new level for the reasons previously posted. I'd do a review but I haven't got time to complete a decent one or the confidence in my knowledge etc. Just waiting for my Cosmic Ears CE6P to arrive and to try them balanced.

I've got the Dignis case as well and it did take ages to arrive. The other thing with it I got hammered for importation tax, that and the assessment fee for the tax nearly doubled the price of it. Had I known I would have just ordered the Fiio one at £12 locally. Lesson learned!

Could anyone recommend a balanced set-up for the X7 to try?
I mainly listen to hip hop and grime, I like my bass well defined and crisp rather than too over the top and muddy.
I currently use Beyerdynamic T51p and I'm very happy with the sound. Just waiting for an AM2 and then might consider investment in a balanced amp and cans/cable.

Many thanks. My Dignis is in Portugal since May 2 so no fault other than Portuguese postal service and/or customs, nobody seems to know what is happening. Great to hear that from AM3

Regards

Deleted, don't want to derail thread - Will PM poster instead as that is better I think. Sorry folks.

Hi,

I was really glad to see that the X7 standard edition and AM3 were up on Amazon. I was about to order but I stopped because the AM3 module is $199, direct from Fiio. I thought all the modules were to be priced the same at $99. Is it double because the balanced drive requires twice the signal path?

Please let me know if this is the right price?  Thanks!

It's not direct from Fiio, it's a 3rd party seller.

I just did a quick, informal comparison between X7/AM2 and Mojo, using Custom Art Harmony 8 Pro CIEM and Sennheiser HD 650 and it's really hard to tell them apart! I figured there would have been a much bigger difference in favor of Mojo seeing as it's got all this fancy DAC and all. I will do more testing over the weekend, for science.
Nice job, FIIO!

Why the new version? Is there any reason for me to buy it when I already own the AM2 module?

different sound colour. it is not neccessry for everyone. in fact, it is based on a AM1 mod version in China and some users asked us to make it.
