Every time before planning a new color scheme, we would fully communicate with users on social media. This time, we got to know the color preferences of most users before choosing the white version for the THX portable Bluetooth amplifier BTR7.

The appearance design is still a mech style! This time we combined mech white + blue on the frame and buttons of the BTR7, which is cool and beautiful. Plus the more personalized blue scheme, the brand-new BTR7 is eye-catching whether it is placed on the desktop or held in your hand.

In terms of craftsmanship, the BTR7 white version is made of electrophoresis-processed aluminium alloy, coming with a rigid layer of coating, which is resistant to acid, alkali, and salt erosion. Even if you are using it in a relatively harsh environment, the brand-new BTR7 is still tough enough to overcome fading and discoloring.

Looks good. But I (personally) would prefer function over form, enhancements. As my BTR7 will spend most of it’s time in the optional case.

e.g.
battery level, during charging, on the unit
More than two personal PEQ presets

It looks very nice! But it still has MQA so I MUST pass until that is removed forever. I am not giving any of my money to Blob Stewfart's farcical folly.

Function over beauty for me. I’d like to see the possibility to save many more parametric presets. The main competitor and the one that probably dominates in this segment has a bland plain black look but has the autoEQ function with a list of many many many IEMs and headphones with EQ presets. But my biggest gripe about the BTR7 is the lack of a built-in clip and the need to buy protective case to have a simple clip.

It looks great but i have to agree with others on MQA.

Even topping created 2 versions of their products MQA and non-MQA.

Apple Music Lossles plays way better compared to Tidal MQA.

No one wants to pay extra especially on budget gear like this.

Hope they make a battery replaceable version one day, the thought that I have to throw it away in 2-3 years after the battery wears out keeps me away from these devices (including TWS iems).
Well, the thing with those technical devices is, that they will be outdated in a few years anyway. Most likely, there will be newer codecs, smaller devices, TWS with similar performance etc in 3-5 years. Sad but true.

Ya baby maybe one 10440 or a 10180 cell. They’re dirt cheap and last hundreds of cycles

Hmm? You can exchange battery in pretty much all Shanling products, apart from TWS (but that's category of its own when it comes to construction).

What’s the main competitor you’re referring to? I have and love the BTR7 but what you said piqued my interest.

That is good to know. Now all you need do is rid your excellent product lines of the bane that is MQA. Please?! Regardless of whether or not that happens, I know you make and sell quality products. Thank you.
