Think of it as a digital media streamer and player, for either a computer desk, or for a home stereo system. It's not supposed to move - heck, it even has an Ethernet port, so you don't have to use Wi-Fi. For people who don't need the unit to move around, it could work well for them. Since it has the DAP components, you don't even need to pair it with a computer in order to use it. It can operate as a standalone media source in a non-mobile environment, without looking as much like a portable add-on.

There's always a product page, but it looks like they haven't made it available yet (as of this post, at 12:55 PM EST on January 9th). I expect they'll make it go live at the same time it is available for purchase - likely on or around January 12th.
