Add >ll << >> support for USB DAC connection, this is technically perfectly feasible and while its implemented for BT I see no reason why not have the same for USB.
I'm considering buying the Q7. Would possible to use a powerbank like the Omni20+ for DC mode? I don't need that power for IEMs but probably would be useful for high impedance earbuds.

I just tested KA3 with WM1Zm2, once plug in, there's prompt from WM1Zm2 saying "external DAC" and KA3 works as external DAC.
So I guess Q7 is on the same boat and the answer should be "Yes". I do not have WM1Am2 so cannot speak of that model.
The problem is, KA3 apparently has firmware bug, the sound pressure output (with normal playback volume set at WM1Zm2) is way too high, almost blow off my ear. I noticed the similar situation with computer with ASIO driver too (with WASAPI it looks normal). So first playback need adjust volume to min.
Forgive me if this is a stupid question or if this has been answered, but does DC power exclusively refer to the DC power port, or is USB power also "DC power"? What are the limitations of powering this thing off USB?
DC power exclusively refers to the DC power port, and bypasses the internal battery. The only real limitation with USB power is the lack of the Ultra High Gain setting.

Nowhere was it possible to find information about the output impedance at Low and Medium gain. It's not very good at High gain, will it get even bigger at Medium gain? For IEMs Fiio FD7 with 50 ohm impedance this can be a problem, isn't it?
Perhaps someone has experience with Q7 and FD7? FD7are not too sensitive IEMs for this amplifier?
Thanks.
2.Filters work normally on BTR2021 , but here switching does not affect anything . On what filter who prefers to listen? Who has the same problem?
3.FH9 works perfectly on other devices. Problem only with Q7 in ULTRA mode.
There are thoughts that the problem is in the power supply. He looks doubtful. Ordered PL-50. Will it improve the sound and remove the buzz?
Could you please share your impressions of the sound of your FH9 in different gain modes? Doesn't the sound at L and M gain become weak, flat, with weak bass? Surely there was a reason why you used low-impedance IEMs in Ultra mode.

Output impedance is <1.2 Ω for all gain settings for the unbalanced outputs.
And <1.7Ω for all gain settings including UH for the balanced output and <2.7Ω for the SH gain.
The FD7 have absolutely no problem with the Q7.

Many thanks for the information. Reading the reviews I got the impression that Q7 makes sense mainly for those who need a lot of power, and no one cares about the unfortunate IEM owners who want to listen to a DAC better than 9068

Yes, Google has never given a link to your review in the search results. Strange. Maybe it's my habit of only reading the first page of search results. Looks like it's time to change habits...
