My FiiO Q3 has been disconnecting/reconnecting for a while now, but it's become worse lately. I've tried to install the FiiO Control Panel but it somehow seems to make the problem worse when it's launched. I've tried testing multiple devices, multiple cables. Still, the Q3 becomes undetectable at some weird moments.

Apparently my firmware is vF.06 as you can see on the screenshot. Could I please have a link to try and install a newer one ? I'd like to test and see whether it resolves this issue. Thank you !

You don't need to update the firmware. Does the disconnection happen when charging the Q3 as well via different cable? If yes, it seems that the issue is located in the USB port of your Q3.

Maybe the APP you are using has SRC, you could try the FiiO Music app, Hiby music app or other APPs which support USB exclusive mode to check again.

Ok, another bug. When listening to music, the sound disappears after 10-15 minutes. Turning the dac off and on helps. Samsung s21 smartphone. What could be the problem?

Yes. Downloaded special mqa file and player.
Btw I am having problems with my q3 mqa. Do you have newer firmware for me? Currently have v1.02
