I thought it wasn't, because you have sent a version called "F.17" to other users here.
Due to some issues that I couldn’t fix in any other way, like resetting, now my only hope is that the latest firmware could fix this.
One of the issues I’m facing is the volume knob not working (not changing the volume) after using the DAC for a long time, I have to turn it off and on to fix it.

Now try connecting them both for double amping purposes. The Q3 really makes a difference in my chain.

I went USB-DAC --> tube pre-amp (powered by ifi iPower 2) --> fiio q3 (powered by usb-charger) --> 4.4mm cable

My tube amp has hissing built in as soon as you push the gain to far (with sensitive IEMs) but the rest of my chain is silent. If it works with your headphones/iem than your setup is fine.

laptop---fiio Q3---headphones audeze lcd-2cb with 3.5mm or balanced 4.4mm cable sounds not bad,but volume listing at 85-90%, needs more powerfull amp here. for my iem fiio works perfect. for audeze bought desktop amp.

does any compared fiio Q3 vs ifi hip dac2 in sound quality? what is has more detaled and balanced sound?
