Changes and improvements about new Android APP are as follows :

1. Added quick search navigation bar in Playlist menu (available when the list is sorted by alphabet);

2. Fixed the issue where some album art were not displayed properly;

3. Fixed the issue where scanning for tracks might cause errors in a few cases;

4. Fixed the issue where reading tracks files might fail on some devices running with Android 11;

5. Fixed the issue where the WiFi Song Transfer might not work on some devices running with Android 11;

6. Miscellaneous improvements on performance.

Search and download FiiO Music in the App Store on your device!

How to update the FiiO Music app in players:
Set the device to storage mode and connect to computer, drag the downloaded FiiO Music (.apk) to the device. Then disconnect the connection and enter ES file explorer/file manager, find the FiiO Music app in internal storage/sd card and click install.

Hi I don't know whether you are aware of this but after 3.0.5 the recognition of MQA has not been working properly. While you can see the bit rate and the MQA logo at the top right hand corner , the MQA logo and the green and blue dot underneath the album art has disappeared. Also the list of songs displayed if you click on an album will not show MQA next to the songs. Both 3.07 and 3.08 has not been displaying properly.

Also sometimes when switching from song to song especially from a normal 16bit song to an MQA song there will be a short half a second "jump" which is very annoying.

Can your technical team look at this please?

I can confirm the half a second break switching from song to song is gone after the latest firmware upgrade. Well done Fiio

Now I hope you can sort out the MQA recognition problem on Fiio Music with MQA, then M17 is nearly perfect!

Glad to inform you that the MQA library has been updated by MQA official now. So this problem may be improved in next FiiO Music app update as well!.
