New firmware 2.0 released!
Here is the black theme we all have been asking for. It looks gorgeous.
There's a new 'play through folders' option in settings. Firmware update and Factor reset have been moved under 'other options' in settings.

Thanks Fiio for the New Year present! Thought we'd never see another firmware for this player, pleasantly surprised, like the new dark theme.
Still use this DAP every day, it's been great!

Oh dear.
When I saw that you could change folder play through, I was happy. Because I prefer to play an album and have the music stop at the end, and let the player switch off automatically. But now I've found that the play through folder feature doesn't work! Instead of stopping after the last song, it just loops back and starts the same folder again! So totally useless for my needs.
Sigh....one step forward, one step back.
@FiiO could you please make another firmware that fixes these little problems, please!

You may try a factory restore to see if it helps?What's the play mode you are setting? Did you turn on the play through folder option?

@FiiO thanks for responding.
I did a factory reset and it still does the same thing.
To be clear: folder play through is Off. If I start playing at the first song, it will play the whole album/folder and then start playing again from the first song - an endless loop. Playing with folder play through works perfectly as usual, but I was hoping that folder play through "off" would mean being able to play an album and then it stops after the last song.
Could you confirm what it is meant to do, when folder play through is set to Off.

@Brooko - normal, not repeat or shuffle.
Basically same way I've always used it, but obviously before it played through folders until stopped, song by song.
Are you not experiencing the same thing?

@FiiO could you please take note of this, as it makes the change to folder play through rather useless, and if there is ever another firmware could this bug be fixed? It would be nice...
