So I got the M15.

It sounds damn good. Better sounding than the Cube and M11 with my Solaris. Hiss is way down but not completely gone. Weird issue, when you skip through tracks you hear 3 crackles and/or pops through the Fiio Player App (haven't tested other app yet). This is something that doesn't happen on my M11 or my Cube. They screen color temperature is warmer than the M11.

Hey @zeroselect are you able to advise if you encounter any WiFi/mobile phone interference with the M15?
Thanks.

Also the popping and crackling when changing tracks gets worse when you turn on All DSD. The weird thing is also they give you a glass screen protector for the back (which already has a plastic protector which i removed and installed the glass one) but no front screen protector (unless its already installed but i doubt it).

Can you describe more about the sound? You said damn good so is this device sounding out of this world? :)
Not much of a audiophile reviewer. I just know what I like and what I hear. I don't wanna post anything up about the sound that may give someone the wrong impression using the wrong descriptive words and my lack of audiophile vocabulary.

Enjoy. :) Looks like I have still about a month to receive it.

Did you try updating the firmware for the crackles?

Just tested with my phone calling voicemail. It does start crackling when I have my phone sitting like closer than 10cm away. No issue with wifi so far though.

Thanks for your reply! I'm on the verge of buying my next Android DAP after selling my Cayin N5ii, and I can't decide, there's a few options out there but not a lot of user experience with them. I was originally considering the Shanling M6 but am concerned about the battery life, and with the M15 having a marginally larger battery it's a great selling point. Obviously the price difference is a fair bit different also, but I'd rather buy once for the foreseeable future...

Thanks for this :)

I pulled the trigger for M15, but looks like the delivery to EU will be quite late:

"STOCK UPDATE: We are expecting stock to arrive on 28/02/2020."

Yeah, anyway... In the meanwhile I can try to decide on my IEM.

Very good player but not better than the SP2000.
The way it was hyped, it was below my expectations - in terms of sound. I was expecting it would sound better than the SP2000.

Why would you expect it to be better than the SP2000??? Something that cost half the price? Never heard the SP2000 but definitely better than the Cube.
