You mean, hype? A lot. I have a very long writing about it, but my post was deleted from the forum and they banned me.
iBasso in general tries to impress you "with the amount of detail you hear", which pretty much translates into a brighter top end in their dictionary. But you see the same people praising it from day 1 and comparing them the TOTL DAPs, that iBasso DAPs are as good as 3-4X more expensive DAPs. And from day 1 they talk about modding it and making it "much better" by analysing it for 10 minutes - which sounds pretty weird, when the company says they worked on the product for more than a year, used the best components etc. MAX is a better iBasso product, just when you look at it for the sound and power. But that is pretty much where it ends. Also, you need to be careful: There are many out there, in this hype team that receive the player for free.
According to the loyal hype team, every new iBasso player is at least as good as players 3-4X of its price. There are many out there that think DX220 is not even as good as a M11, which is half of its price, and of course much behind it when it comes full user experience.
