I'm disappointed to find that the upgrade is only supported for a Windows platform. Does anyone have information on updating the LC-BT2 firmware from a virtual machine? I'm running on a MacOS Host and tried using a Windows 10 load on VirtualBox. Windows seems to run fine, but I can't find the USB device for the LC-BT2, so the installation fails.

The chip supplier did not provide the tool for updating the firmware via MAC. So the firmware update is not available in MAC.

You could check the firmware version of your LC-BT2 via the FiiO Control APP-LC-BT2-setting icon in the top right corner first. If it is the latest firmware version, you don't need to update it again.
