I have a KA13 and a Motorola smartphone and there are no problems. I bought a KA17 and in USB Audio 2.0 mode, my Motorola does not connect the DAC as a stick to play audio. I also tried on two different Motorola models, the result is the same. The management utility sees, connects and allows you to change the settings of the KA17 without any problems. The "USB Audio Player PRO" player detects the KA17 without any problems and plays all audio files.
I noticed that when connecting a smartphone to the KA17, the PCM bitrate is set to 768K, although by default it should be 48K.
In order for the KA17 to start sending sound to the smartphone, I have to reboot it every time after connecting.
Will help solve the problem. The firmware is the latest.
PS. Huawei and Nokia have no connection problems.
PS. PS. In USB Audio 1.0 mode, there are no problems with connection.
PS.PS.PS. I use Deezer and YouTube Audio for listening streaming audio.

Hello, buddy, that problem you mentioned happens to me with the Hiby M300. If I connect a Bluetooth adapter via USB, it works but when I connect the KA17 it doesn't play sound, it turns on and everything but it doesn't emit sound, I have the latest firmware.I have a KA13 and a Motorola smartphone and there are no problems. I use the iPhone 13 and it works great for me, I have tested it on a PC and on an ibasso dx240 and it works without problems, the only device that does not work is on the Hiby M300What smartphone do you use?

There is a bug on the Fiio Equalizer control app when connected to KA17 and adjusting User 1 equalizer.
I downloaded the windows software prior to connection.
I can successfully adjust settings on User 1, but if I switch to Jazz and then back to User 1, the number 3 setting on the equalizer is changed and I have to reenter it again.
It only happens with parameter #3 and every time I switch back and forth between user1 and Jazz. Can this be fixed?
and I assume that when I disconnect the KA17 from the computer, User 1 settings are saved? I did not see any button to click save or anything.
Thank You
