I don't think that will resolve the problem, because when I try to up the volume, that launch the Google's application. So the button works, but does not apply to the right thing.

Dear friend,

Thank you for your kind feedback. Our engineers are testing this issue you mentioned now. We will contact you again as soon as possible when there is any new progress.

Best regards

Works for play/pause as well as volume control on my X5 III.

I have just received mine. Once the order was sent, the delivery was very fast. I have test it, and I have a problem with the cable for controlling android or ios device : I can't up the volume with cable's button on my Samsung Galaxy S7 :/
I can, however, use pause and turn down the volume.

I can confirm the same behaviour when using the IEMs with my Nexus 5X. Play/Pause and Vol - works but Vol + activates Google Assistant instead of increasing the volume.

The controls work correctly on my X5III however.

I'm still quite happy with these IEMs though. I really bought them for the included balanced cable to use with my X5III. I spend about two hours with them last night listening to various tracks whilst switching between the balanced and the single-ended cable. I definitely preferred the sound when using the balanced cable but I lack the audio vocabulary to really articulate why.

I don't know, I just disable the Google application but that don't fix the issue, nothing happen now

looks like somehow the mapping of that key is triggering your google assistant. Do you have any "in-line remote" settings on your Android phone?

Thanks for your suggestion :left_facing_fist:
However, I don't think to buy an adapter because I don't want to have a huge cable on me when I walk in the street, it's not practical :/
The adapter is not "huge" at all - it adds an overall cable length of around 4 inches.

Try it out and let us know if it works for you! :right_facing_fist: (brown fistbump)
