How is this combo? I would be using the Sennheiser HD598 and an iPod touch as the source. I read this is a good combo or is there a better amp to be used with the Senns and an iPod? With a 250$ max for an amp. Desktop not portable

My friend has the E17 just to power his akg q701s ... I would image that combo would be great for the 598s.

Not sure if you know but I would just dock the E17 and connect my iPod though the line out on the back if the EO9K? Cables have always confused the hell out of me for some reason...
