1. The EH3NC and the QC35 are both Bluetooth headphones. So whether you could connect to both devices at the same time, is depended by your transmitter like the mobile phone.
2. The USB C port of the EH3NC could connect to computer using the type c cable.
3. No, it does not support balanced cable.

FiiO releases the new firmware for EH3NC! A new function of renaming the Bluetooth device has been added!

Hi @FiiO : I finally have ordered these headphones, but I have some questions for you:

- Does the headset microphone appear as an USB recording device on Windows? I would like to chat with the USB-C connection because my laptop is old and has BT 2.1, so I think the sound will not be good using the internal adapter, and I would rather not use an USB dongle.

- [Wishlist] I often listen to classical music (but not only) and I know that I can modify the EQ settings with the FiiO Music app, but it would be nice to have a Classical preset. Could you add a Classical preset to the FiiO Music app?

Dear friend,

1. The microphone in the EH3NC could not work when using it as USB DAC.

2. The classical EQ is a preset one for EH3NC as well. You could slide left the EQ option to find it:

Help, I need replacement pads.
Does Fiio provide replacement leatherette pads for the EH3NC? Or any alternative? After over a year and half the inside seams have started to split apart.
I know that they are/were the mesh pads but I'm sure those are not the same experience as a far as isolation goes.

I have the mesh pads and they were disappointing in comparison to the originals. Mine have completely separated around the inner circumference. If Fiio is out of stock, I'm guessing this is a very common problem. I'll email support as well.

I've emailed support 2 days ago, they have not responded. How often are the leatherette pads in stock?

Can you describe how different they are from the sound of the originals? Do you they have a lot of sound leakage?

I am afraid the leather one may not be in stock again. If you don't mind the mesh one, we could send that one to you instead but you would need to pay the shipping cost. And my colleague may missed your email before, sorry about that. We will reply you as soon as possible.
