Can someone help me determine the difference between the two. Is the 30$ dollar price difference worth it. My source is an iPod touch/Samsung galaxy s2 and grado headphones in the near future.

Grados are easy to drive. For the price, an e6 would drive them pretty good. Save the 30$ and put that towards some different cusions on your grados. just my 2 cents.
