Hello, I was wondering if I would get any SQ benifit from buying a FiiO E5 amp to go with my sansa fuze and NE-7m iem. Will I get any better soundstage, SQ, or clairity?

Not really that much. Fuze can drive NE-7M very well, adding amp in between doesn't really change much. If we are talking about a more neutral / cold sounding IEM, then at least you can benefit from E5's warmness. But in the case of NE-7M (which is already warm, bassy and have a fairly good soundstage), E5 isn't the best of choice.
