Hi, I have a Fiio E07K (E07S) and since the Fiio L7 adapter was discontinued and is impossible to find anywhere I may try to route the line out pins on the dock connector to one of the 3.5mm outputs, but I can't find the pinout for the docking connector.

I’ve been looking into this off and on.
From Fiio’s manuals on the e9 dock, I’m betting it’s actually an 11pin usb pinout - just a specialized one. I don’t have an L7 anymore but counting the pins on the connector adds up to 11.

I believe the 11 pin micro usb connectors were used with some cell phones and stacked the pins on both sides (maybe for space reasons). If Fiio chose this path then they spread the pins out in one row.

The dock has usb's 4 pins and line out, it has nothing to do with 11-pin usb.
The Fiio dock connector has 18 pins:

Hm ok - I was counting the dock connector, not the usb - but I miscounted (was from a picture).

If there is still someone in this world that owns a Fiio L7, could you test for continuity from the line out to the dock connector?
