is there any way to save EG settings in the control app?
if I have set the eg values in the app as "custom1" - after a new pairing the settings disappear.

Just received it! Fantastic device. Just a shame that there isn't a scroll wheel like on the IFi go blu ^^.

Also i don't understand why next track is on the same button as Volume down, shouldn't Vol up match with next track and Vol down with previous?

Also please release the case in genuine leather!

Considering upgrading my BTR5 to BTR7 for use with my current facorite IEM, Empire ears ESR MKII. However, BTR7 has output impedance of BAL<2.8Ω(32Ω loaded) and recommended headphone pairings are 16Ω impedance and above. ESR MKII impedance is 3.9Ω. I know sometimes numbers don't tell the whole story and hoping someone has experience with this or similar combination of BTR7 running balanced out to a very low impedance IEM. Thanks for any info.!

Dear friend,

Please check whether the APP version and the firmware version of your BTR7 is the latest one?

Dear friend,

Since volume up is in the upper position, so we set volume up button for pre song.
But we will report your feedback to the engineer for assessing first.

Best regards

How to remove the 60% volume cap on the BTR7?
It's not a 60% cap. The Unit has 60 steps in its Volumesettings (each Step is 1.6% volume increase).
If the maximum Volume (60) in High gain isn't enough, you can try boost balance mode (if you have a balanced connector on your Headphone).
But you will not be able to see a higher number as 60 on the volume setting.

If this doesn't reach your needs, you can use the BTR7 as a line out into a topping nx7 (high gain, vol. 54 for the 1.4v rms for nx7 at high gain, or 58 in high gain vor 2v rms for any line in)

I am very curious which headphones you’re currently trying to drive at 100% volume and it still not being enough
