Where is the Fiio representative who was making promises that they would fix everything? It's mid-February, the Chinese New Year is over, but nothing has changed!

Get the creative BT-W6 esp. if PC use as they have an App but settings are retained if you unplug and swap to phone/TV box etc.

The BT11 was to be initially made to give LDAC to iPhone owners, the rest was added as an afterthought and it is full of issues.

FiiO pulled the BT11 from sale more than once for a reason, can you get a BT-W5 there, it lacks Lossless but avoid the BT-W4 as it tops out at 24/48?

If I were you, I will look elsewhere for aptx adaptive.
and even if you are looking for aptx lossless bt11 still not support it on most of devices.

Thank you, I purchased the BT-W5; is that not sufficient? It’s more out of curiosity since I use LDAC, aptX-HD, and aptX at home.
However, Bose only offers SBC, AAC, and aptX adaptive, so I never experienced adaptive testing.

This experience has soured me on FIIO products. Just not good enough, either as a product or in support terms.

Hi guys I just wrote Fiio what is going on with software update that would make BT11 fully functional product as it is being sold and marketed on their webage, still no response...

I also proposed they could at least reward all of us who bought or better said crowdfunded BT11 with some type of gift, discount, ...

Will post any updates.
