imagine those who were waiting for the m15s that was supposed to ship in august 2022. at least would be nice to know if it got binned, or if we have to wait for something new instead of it.

Given their track record over the past couple of years, I think it's safe to say that they are about 6-9 months behind the product announcement/delivery schedule. It would be nice if they can keep people updated so they can manage their expectations.

I think I'll give up and just grab the K7 till it has stock and spend the difference on headphones (if I really want to spend my money). Component shortage is always the worst in Q1 so the K9 won't be out earlier than march I guess.

Newest information summary: R7, SP3, FT3, K9　in Japan. Thank you.

The K9 has DSD 512/ 768khz compatibility while the "Pro" version has DSD 256. So nice to see that high end hardware is treated like an afterthought.
Hope there's an update coming for the K9Pro, or it's an insult to reason to have the top end nerfed.

The K9Pro could support MQA but K9 not so K9 is able to support up to DSD512.

Not really a thing i'd do, downgrade. I ment if there's a software way to unlock DSD512 forgoing MQA, that i NEVER use.

I was interested in the FT5 till I head the price for them. Being new to full size planar that seems to be a reach.

Think I will stick to trying the FT3 when on sale. For what it offers it’s way more attractive price compared to what the asking will be for the FT5.

That’s good news cause I do I found showed ft3 $300 and ft5 $600. Good news and I will wait then.
