Fidue A71 Dual Dynamic - Impressions Thread

I have not heard T1-E, but A71 sounds a little more alive and has more energy, B3 sounds a little boring in comparison
 
Apart from that, B3 is more airy overall, and have much greater soundstage depth, width is about the same.
 
Bass and clarity, B3 is not even close to matching A71, feeds it the right source, and great fit/seal (which could be challenging for some), it will reward you, I was listening to Frank Sinatra's 'Duet' album this morning just before work, and felt like I was actually amongst the audience...

So, the question that I have is, should I buy the A71 or come up with the extra bucks and buy the A83?

After reading the thread so far my question is: Are these a pain to put on and get in a proper position?  Can they be comfortably inserted in an average time frame?

I'm in possession of it's younger sibling, the Fidue A63 headphone, and quite enjoy it. It's paired with the USB/DAC-amp FiiO E10 and brings forth a dynamic any lively sound. I'm a drum and bass/house guy who still values clarity as much as thunderous bass . I tend to sometimes use the +6dB bass boost and turn it off if it gets too boomy/muddy. It comes in hand once in a while.
 
How does this headphone fair with EDM/D'n'B/house music? Could you give an impression as to how it performs with the aforementioned styles of music?
 
Or would I be better off with the new RHA T10i for a change, from the Fidue house sound? I've also noticed that Broko mentioned that the A81 phone of Fidue sounded as it was tuned specifically for EDM music, or rather that it sounded best with this type of music. Care for some input on this matter?

After some research and recommendations, I have narrowed down my iem search to the A71 and the OSTRY KC06A. Any opinions on whether the A71 ($99) is worth the extra money over the KC06A ($55)? Or, is the KC06a close enough so that its lower price makes it more attractive? TIA

Edit: that wasn't very clear.. let's try again. The kc06a's are great, but I have the feeling the a71's will be a worthy upgrade.

Sure, the bass emphasis is perfect for those genres mentioned, no problem. I haven't heard the T10i yet, soon, but it doesn't sound good from some reliable impressions, unless you're an extreme bass head, take it as you want though. I believe A71 would offer a more suitable experience with plenty of change left over, even for a new DAP or treating pretty girls.

I've owned KC06, (not KC06A) A71 is an upgrade.

Takes me about 10 seconds to put them on, providing you don't need to adjust the ear guides every single time.

I have not heard KC06A, but I do own it's younger sibling, KC06, and really it has nothing over A71. Comparing the two, KC06 has sooooo much air, that it is too much, and the timbre sounds really strange compared to A71.

Let's just say that to my ear, A71 excels way, way above T10i, and I did auditioned T10i last week 

 
T10i will be better suited for bassheads

Still not sure about these or the FXT200. Similar cases, more tips on the Fidue but the JVC comes with the better spiral dots, FXT200 comes with JVC's excellent clip which I would want again. Looks and form factor I would prefer the FXT. Seems a quicker easier fit on the JVC. Like the RA plug a bit more than the straight Fidue.
 
Sound does trump most things though. If the Fidue sounded a bit better I would probably go with it. If the FXT sounded a bit better I would pay the extra $40 for it.

I'm mainly interested in either the JVC FX850's or the A71's at this time. The JVC FX850's are 24860 yen now, or approx $211US, or approx $230US with tenso (or $260CN). Amazing price!
 
I probably wouldn't use the 850's outside of home because they are pretty big and from what I understand, don't isolate that well (maybe I'm wrong about that). So they would be for home use which is fine.
 
How about the A71's though? I can't find any pictures of them in the ear, but it seems like they might not look to large. And how well do they isolate? Inquiring minds must know.. thanks!

a71 isolate well and fx850 is the same iirc . Go with the fx850 if possible you'll love them
