Feliks-Audio EUFORIA - A Wolf in "Sheep's" Clothing...

The Linal have a nice top end that goes very far, depending on what driver tube you use, it can also go in the romantic direction.
The mids are also super nice in the vocals with nice hihats and full power.
They are definitely better than the Ps vane, anyone who has swapped their Ps Vane for something else will tell you that the Euforia goes in a completely different direction.
The Linlai's with Russian EL34 wingend C from Svetlana from St.Petersburg are also very pleasant.
Everything becomes clearer, more defined, lusher and more powerful and slightly on the warm side with it, which is a good combination.

Has anyone tried Linlai's with TungSol 5998 in Euforia?

Yes, I found the TS5998 not so special even if they are better than 6080s.
They are open and warm but still neutral enough.
Not bad but I prefer them more in EL34 or KT66/88.
The type of tube really does make a difference.
If you want a good tip, buy EL34/Kt88 Svetlana winged C from the ST.Pertersburg version and use 6V6 tubes as driver tubes and you will be happy.
The 6v6 play even more sensitive and have a better timbre to the instruments.
Especially on Zmf headphones this pairing comes into its own.
Another advantage is that the 6v6s don't draw as much as the 6SN7s, so this pairing sounds very smooth and not distorted in the bass range.

I can only agree with that. I found a pair of EL34s from RTF, a bargain at 80€, and they are simply fantastic - I prefer them to my 5998 & KT88/66.

Phew difficult depends on how the output tubes are tuned.
If you have the Rft for example then I would want to add some heat and something that is more rounded like Westinghouse.
The 6v6 range offers a lot, I don't have many myself but it's enough.
Sylvanias are also very good but a bit more neutral.

What kind of socket do the 6v6 have? I have adapters for the KT88‘s, do they work?

The adapters from @Deyan will definitely work.
I can't say whether the ones on Ebay would also work, you would have to ask the seller on Ebay.
I wouldn't risk buying blindly and simply inserting them.
Maybe someone knows where these are used from Ebay?
Personally I prefer to buy from Deyan because the sockets are of good quality.
And you can always ask Deyan if something is wrong.
