The most famous sandwich in Pittsburgh
The Primanti Sandwich
This particular one was from the 18th Street location in Pittsburgh and it usually always has French fries inside the sandwich. The meat I chose for this was pastrami but you can choose other meats

Here’s another pic. You need to open your mouth extra wide when you eat this

Artisanal high end burgers
This was from a high end bar and if you look close there is an extra slice of bread in the middle of the burger. It’s basically a Big Mac style design burger but so much better and far superior than the standard Big Mac

I feel if you were to make the ultimate version of the Big Mac, this might be it. Excellent attention to detail and excellent balance and flavor

Best bagel in New York and America (Possibly)
Many bagel aficionados are saying the best bagel is from Utopia Bagels in New York
This particular one I got had scallion cream cheese

Excellent bagel and probably the best. The texture leans towards the crispy side rather the chewy side and I did not get it toasted because many bagel aficionados recommend that you do not toast your bagel if it’s high quality.

Mama’s Too Pizza in New York
This is a very hot and trendy pizza spot and relatively new in New York
During my recent visit to New York I had to visit and I got two slices

The square pizza on the left is the Cacio e Pepe pizza and the one on the right is the standard slice.
If you like your pizzas crispy they do the texture well

Fried dumplings
You normally don’t see fried dumplings in authentic Chinese restaurants as their emphasized version however this version is from a popular American Chinese restaurant. What I like about this particular version is that the texture is more chewy and kind of reminds me of the Polish pierogi dumplings. So it can be a nice change of pace for dumpling lovers who want to explore something different from time to time

I really don't get why Wagyu is so praised and so expensive? It's all mostly fat and disgusting!
If I wanted fine marbling, I prefer Hanwoo type marbling, just fine thin marbling inbetween, not chunks of fat!
To be honest, my fav cuts are muscles fibers. I really don't like cuts with so much fat.

Cooking Ramyun like this is like crack IMO. So addictive, it's akin to a satisfied feeling when you drink a bottle of coke when really thristy. It feels like it quinches something inside you. It has to be shin and with cracked eggs. And it has to be eaten in special ways with the lid.
BTS can sell a lot of Ramyun if they wanted.

I've seen so many of these instant ramen tier lists, and Nongshim dominates in the upper tier. In this video, they ranked a non-spicy Nongshim high? I never had those, but I suspect the quality of the noodles is one of big reason for the high ranking.
