Best fries I’ve ever had was in Amsterdam. The best fries might be in Europe.

I do plan on making fries at home someday with beef fat. That makes an interesting flavor. I had it at a bar last year and really enjoyed it.

Also, if you can find it or make it, I recommend curry ketchup on fries. Very interesting and can be great.

I have to admit I like McDonald’s fries too. I tried to hate them but after recently analyzing them carefully, I have to admit that they are respectable and good.

I strongly recommend recommend yucca fries. I found out about them a couple years ago at a Cuban restaurant.

In many ways, I like them better than the potato version. It’s actually easy to make at home and I was successful at making a batch.

You must try it!

Don’t forget onion rings.

For those who never heard of onion rings, it’s a fried piece of onion that looks like a circle commonly used as a substitute for fries in some American restaurants.

Finding a great onion ring can be hard but once you find the perfect onion ring, it is something that is excellent. A great onion ring kind of reminds me of high quality tempura.
