I've just bought (some days ago) Sennheiser IE 800 and I've noticed a 'rattling' sound coming from left earpiece... I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do - should I contact the seller and ask for a replacement or contact Sennheiser for replacement/repair. It's not that bad though since it's only when bass is heavy I'm able hear it or if I lightly push the back of the earpiece - but considering the price I've payed for these I feel I should get them replaced/repaired. I'm also afraid it might get worse if I just leave it be.
