Hi all,
 
I've really been enjoying the performances of Uwe Karcher lately. His playing his excellent, and he has great dynamic control. He also has excellent time.

I saw his channel recently.  This guy makes excellent - and very accurate - transcriptions of some challenging songs.
 
 
I'm also curious as to how he's recording his piano.  I don't see any mics and the lid is closed.  It sounds strangely clean and free of performance/mechanical noises, and I don't think the bass notes should be that powerful on a piano that small.  It makes me think he might be triggering sampled software pianos.  Some of the little things like the note decay, sympathetic resonance and pedal/damper noise also remind me of a software piano.

Good Ears,. He is awesome but I agree could it be a digital, He never answers whAt kind of piano he's playing,...If it is software, He hasd a great sample,...But indeeed fabulous player
