ok, I understand - but one notice - do the IE800s have green web ? - if i seen some images, that it´s sign of IE800 (not 800s), or not? This red in cable is little bit less magenta but rather more red - sorry for poor image...

This is fake for IE800S, so no green web supposed to be on cable, but fake is so evident that I do not think any seller will argue with you on this. One of the ugliest fakes I've ever seen actually)

The web is like this, kinda green/yellow. Its not a paint but its actual material in the black material.

If you will use abscence of green web and red bend relief as arguments you will hardly get any refund. I guess Terozzzz got IE800 and IE800S mixed up)

All parts are different. S logo, bend relief, protrusion of the plastic part with driver, seam, grill, nozzle, eartip, etc.

Well, I thought there was a confusion between the type "800" and "800s" ... but do you still think it's a fake, please? I find the flange where the red plastic connects a little weird...

Good giveaway is the connection from cable. Its not smooth (how it curves) like here:
