fake Ex85lp ??

There's two pics of the Ex85lp at two sites:

and
Amazon.com: Sony MDREX85LP/WHI Soft earbud w/ Soft Clip & Case: Electronics

The one at first site maybe real, because it's packed very nice

. So, what about the one at Amazon. Is this fake ?

I believer the 1st one is Japan version and the 2nd one is North American version. They have different package and accessories.
