I would like some suggestions about external digital to analog convertors for a WA6-SE,I know the WA-7 is a combination amplifier and dac and has gotten stellar reviews but, I prefer the WA6-SE for it's ability to drive almost any headphone. Thank you for your suggestions.

I'm currently using the Cambridge DacMagic 100 with my Wa6, has a huge amount of digital inputs and good performance for the money +you can get it to match the colour of the wa6. It is definitely better then the dac that is included in the wa7 at least thats what my specialist audio store told me.

Hello Xveman - I was away for a while, which explains my tardy response,I will look into the Cambridge thank you for your suggestion.

Yeah no worries, plus the branding DacMagic means its easy to sell for a good amount of money if you ever want to upgrade later down the line since its very well known amongst the audio community and isnt obscure. You can't really go wrong with it.

You can also try an Audio GD Dac, same as with the Dac Magic, Audio GD is well known. And Audio GD is always releaseing some new kind of... anything really. Audio GD NFB 2.22 and 3.33 are good options

Yeah, Audio-GD is another good option, their DACs offer a lot of bang for buck (good price to performance ratio) I haven't ever used one before unfortunately, wouldn't mind looking at some of their higher end stuff.
