Anyone know if when you purchase an ER4-P with the whole kit, such as here:

does that come with the conversion cable, the one that converts it to an ER4-S? I'm trying to sell a friends ER4-P kit and I want to know if it increases the value that he does have the ER4-S adapter cable (which can be purchased separately for $44 from eBay) or whether that comes standard with the ER4-P.

  I know the ER-4PT comes w/ the "S" conversion cable.  

I'm guessing the ER4-PT is different than the ER4-P?

No. It just comes with the cable instead of being an aftermarket purchase.
