No worries, I will just drop them a bleep and see what they say. Afterall, Hong Kong to my place isn't that far off (Asia).
Caveat - Not so soon. lol. Trying to see if I can get a Schiit Gungnir first.

I emailed penonaudio about it, I hope they don't ask me to send it back in order for them to inspect it. Maybe our other buyer will have better luck

Can you still judge if they are a low bass amount earbud like I have read?? Pretty much lost interest after I read that. I have/had plenty of Chinese brand buds with that voicing. The early description of the ES100 sounded a lot like the Hisound Live which lost their luster with me after a while.

I'll have to unpack it, but i can just plug my right ear and listen to the left and see how the bass is. I'll do that soon.

As far as I can tell, which is not reliable in the slightest using one ear bud, there won't be a large amount of bass in these. That's been the case with pretty much every ear bud I've tried, which isn't that many.
