Hi, I have read a bit through http://www.head-fi.org/t/413900/how-to-equalize-your-headphones-a-tutorial
http://www.head-fi.org/t/428750/parametric-equalizer-for-mac-good-options

http://www.head-fi.org/t/448262/how-do-i-equalize-my-headphones-mac

but I need a bit of help on how to do this for the likes of me I cannot understand what every1 is talking about as I'm new to this stuff.

Anyway what have I got so far is able to run soundflower, then au lab, and can play itunes while running au lab, that's how far I got so far.

Now how do I this equalising headphone by working with parametric equaliser (in this case I'm using au lab) like suggested in http://www.head-fi.org/t/413900/how-to-equalize-your-headphones-a-tutorial

I appreciate the help as I'm really curious about this thanks

EDIT: Also in au lab, I have no idea what this B button does in the "Panner" box in the Audio 1 box, but when I click it so that it lights blue, to my ears, I like what I hear, what is that?
