Hi, I have this PCB that is about 2.5" square with USB and RCA connectors, anyone know of an enclosure that would fit this? Preferable an extruded one which I can slide the board into, with removable front and back panels. Any help is appreciated.

I used a Hammond for mine. Mounted the board with stand-offs though.

Also, Allied Electronics carries them.

I got a hammond enclosure, but what tools do I need to make holes in the aluminum side panels for the connectors?

I did the power and RCA on the rear and the power LEDs on the front. The USB was done on the side and I just used a drill bit and filed out the back side a bit so the usb connector sat a bit more flush.

If your going to be doing all the holes on the sides I would get a stepped bit that has all the sizes you need.
