Hi,

I have not been active on the forum for a loooong time. Being happy listening to my rig (actually speakers) with no upgrade, can you believe it?

I'm considering buying an e-mu 0404 for office use. That would be plugged to a Corda HA1 amp and either an AKG 240S or a HD600.

However I see the e-mu 0404 has no line-out. So gingivales my Corda after it would force the signal through two amps, not the ideal I guess.

Any user experience on it? Or is the e-mu 04à4 pre-amp as good as a Corda (the former entry level non portable amp from Jan Meier)?

You can get line out (unamplified) if you use the main output(s) on the back (2x TS or 3.5mm). I think. Hope...

yeah that's correct

there are 2 x line level outputs

1 x 3.5mm stere

and 2 x 6.3mm mono

to use RCAs just get 2 x 6.3mm to RCA adaptors for the 2 TRS
