Finally, my turn!!!
SOA seems to put a tinge of a warm sheen on everything, yet somehow without losing any detail or the iem's timbre in the process. Haven't listened long enough to draw any conclusions, but the good sign is that I can already see leaving this on the Camelots, which just happened to be the first iems I tried it on. It was sounding pretty special, so I'm calling SOA a keeper.

I really enjoyed the Baroque eartips when I tried them at Canjam, and ordered a pair off Eletech's website as soon as I got home. I later learned that you can also buy them from Bloom Audio and they're slightly cheaper to ship and will probably get to US addresses sooner.
They are backordered from bloom though, so you may get them sooner if you ordered them directly from Eletech.

Korvin

Oh you will enjoy both!
Was VERY pleasantly surprised with Sonnet Of Adam, being I own an Ode To Laura cable, and can say there is room in my inventory to have both.
And the Baroque tips are the real deal.
Can't wait to read your thoughts on both!
Enjoy!

This helped confirm my hazy memory that I liked Aeneid with Jewel more than SOA (I don't have an Aeneid with me unfortunately). Still a great pairing though. Glad I've finished my own review just in time so I could read yours without being influenced :)

Just received my Baroque eartips! These little critters are wonderful! Made a ton of difference to my ears as with all tips-rolling i do. Better immersiveness due to the deeper fit, these tips are much more comfortable and softer than my Azla Xelastics and Crystals.

Midrange is bolstered and details came back out. I almost thought i had a different cable hooked on today. Kudo @Eric Chong for the great eartips!

Shockingly I just received a shipment confirmation for the tips in small. I didn’t think I’d get them until November bc when I ordered them it said backordered until late October. Nice!

The Olive Luxe case with my treasures from the Final Audio range: clockwise from top right - the FIBASS; the Piano Forte IX; the Piano Forte X; the Lab II; the Piano Forte VIII; the 1601SB (precursor range to the PFs). Thought it was fitting that they have a lovely case. :)

A old post but just asking, does the Brass on PF VIII age well? Ive owned a Brass housing iem before and they go green and lost their shine with time, does the FAD age more gracefully?

Just wanted to drop in to say the baroque’s are my now go to tips for the mentor. I think the bass and soundstage is better (shockingly). I’ve been using the standard blue UM tips since I got them. If u guys get the chance don’t hesitate to give them a try.

Sorry. I missed your post. Yes. The brass still looks the same. As does the PF X. :)
